Davines is an Italian manufacturer, with its main office and production plant in Parma, Italy. Davines' management has been aggressive in opening many international markets over the past several years. They do over 60% of their sales in over 40 countries. Not surprisingly, Davines products are finding their way back into the U.S. diversion market at at exceedingly fast pace.

When it comes to instilling really effective measures, such as using Export Only labeling on products intended for foreign sales and effectively monitoring domestic distributors' product sell through using secondary salon coding, Davines simply doesn't take any real action
