Donations to the SHEILAH A. DOYLE FOUNDATION, an Illinois not-for-profit corporation (the “Foundation”), are NOT tax deductible at this time, and the Internal Revenue Service has not provided a Letter of Determination to confirm tax exempt status.  The Foundation is newly-formed and in the process of applying for its Letter of Determination from the Internal Revenue Service in order for the Foundation to be treated for tax purposes as an Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization.  Upon receipt of Letter of Determination, we intend to update this information.
